Represent is a paid opportunity for young people aged 16-24. We will producing creative responses to untold narratives in Leeds. If you would like to take part in Represent, please fill in this form. You form must be completed in one go - you cannot save your progress halfway through and come back at a later date. The deadline for applications is Sunday 4th October at 11:59pm. We will let you know by Monday 12th October whether you have been selected for Represent.
